Wellness Wednesday's
Wellbeing Wednesday’s s are our newest weekly social group fulfilled with activities great for our mind and body. We will be rotating through Yoga classes/meditation, swimming, bodyweight sweat sessions, Zumba and walks.
Following our activity for the day we will be buying our lunch or for those that would like can bring their own. We will be focusing on making healthy choices and encourage everyone to do so.
Not only will they be building a healthier lifestyle but everyone will get to meet and create lifelong friendships.
Walk it Friday's
Every second Friday we will be visiting different locations, enjoying a nice walk and eating lunch out.
We have planned this event to build participants confidence, social and communication skills. They will get to experience different environments and create new friends along the way.
Pick up and drop off is from your home/preferred location.

Fitness Mondays
Come join us for a walk along the Warrandyte river, bring some money to grab lunch at one of the local cafes.
