Come along on the BEST ROAD TRIP EVER! We will drive to Torquay, drive along great ocean road, play lots of fun games, and cook a meal for dinner.

NDIS Cost: dependent on the ratio of support and specific hours. The EMC Team will go through this individually with you.

Dinner, Breakfast, Lunch and snacks provided. Accommodation and activities included in NDIS cost. Please eat prior to being picked up and bring water bottles.

A rough itinerary:

• Pick up from your house between 9.30-10am Friday

• Drive to Torquay. Toilet and snack stops along the way

• Arrive at the airbnb, explore and unpack

• Drive along the great ocean road, stop along the way.

• Cook Dinner for everyone!

• Play board games and activities

• Shower and bed time!

• Wakeup, eat breakfast and pack up.

• Activity planned….

• Home time, buy lunch on the way home

• Arrive home around 2pm Saturday

You will need:

• Suitable walking shoes x2

• At least 2x outfits suitable for cold and hot weather.

• x2 pairs of undies and socks

• towel and face washer

• toiletries bag

• comforting and calming toys

• medications

• Regular hand sanitising

• Masks available

• Sanitising regular-touch surfaces

• Social distancing where possible
